Zuilfiqar Khan (Zoff) is the founder and board member of MOBILITY MEA with over 25 years of experience in the MEA region. Passionate about establishing MOBILITY MEA to be the best mobility company in the Middle East and Africa region, he has previously served as a Board member for GEMA International for five years and as the EMS CEO for a 9-year tenure. He was part of the leadership team, taking the company to a billion-dollar turnover. During his tenure, he has been responsible for the business development, sales, and strategy to help build EMS assets and channel relationships across 100 carriers and channel partners across 65 countries.
Zoff had been instrumental in working closely with key partners and carriers to make EMS, one of the most successful and respected telecom enterprises in the region. Zoff has previously held senior leadership roles for Motorola through his 14 years with them and led business development teams winning multi-hundred-million-dollar business. Zoff has also worked at Saudi Telecom, British Telecom International, and Telecom Italia.
Interests include working actively with Strathclyde Business School Alumni in supporting entrepreneurs at all stages of their ventures. He is alumni of the Wharton Business School, IMD, and the Windsor Leadership Institute in the UK.
Mustafa is a natural leader, has a proven executive management track record, and over 20 years of experience driving sales in the technology industry. He brings a wealth of industry experience, skills & capabilities acquired by leading successful operations within challenging and competitive markets across EMEA.
Mustafa holds an expansive industry knowledge to lead the delivery of a comprehensive strategy for global operations, with P&L responsibility, budgets, and controls. In addition to other management positions with established & successful brands in the region, Mustafa has also previously served as CEO of GEMA International, CTO, and later VP - Global Sales with EMS. With extensive global experience especially around Enterprise Mobility, he continues to thrive in helping us deliver best-in-class services to our customers.
